Mexico HR Architect & People Operations Lead

Midea is expanding its operations in Mexico and seeks a senior HR leader to architect the local HR system, oversee strategic planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, labor compliance, and culture integration.

The role will manage HR processes for the new factory, coordinate with Chinese and Mexican HR teams, and drive localization of payroll and benefits while ensuring compliance with local laws.
