Metal Fabricator

SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Metal Fabricator for a well‑known client based in Bromsgrove on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fabrication and MIG welding, with the ability to work from technical drawings and produce high-quality components. You will be confident working with aluminium and mild steel, using a range of hand and power tools, and have a strong understanding of basic engineering processes.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. OT Available.

Salary

£31,200 per annum + OT.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate aluminium and mild steel components from technical drawings
• Carry out MIG welding to a high standard
• Cut, fold, and bend sheet metal in line with design specifications
