Requirements (non-negotiable):

Personally scaled at least one US B2 C ecommerce brand from $0 to $100k+/month Meta ad spend Deep experience with Meta Andromeda, Advantage+, broad targeting, and creative-led scaling Strong understanding of CAC, MER, LTV, attribution, and ecommerce economics Can identify winning creatives and scale aggressively

What you'll do:

Own growth for managed ecommerce clients Scale spend while maintaining profitability Build testing frameworks Work directly with creative teams to produce winning ads Find bottlenecks and solve them fast
