Senior Meta Ads Growth Lead (Ecommerce)
We’re hiring a world-class Meta Ads operator, TOP 1%. We are very selective so if any of the below does not apply to you, please do not apply, it's a waste of time for everyone as you won't be selected and I'll be direct about it on our first interview while assessing.
Requirements (non-negotiable):
- Personally scaled at least one US B2C ecommerce brand from $0 to $100k+/month Meta ad spend
- Deep experience with Meta Andromeda, Advantage+, broad targeting, and creative-led scaling
- Strong understanding of CAC, MER, LTV, attribution, and ecommerce economics
- Can identify winning creatives and scale aggressively
