Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Merchant Service Executive to manage and support merchant accounts, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain strong merchant relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day merchant enquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Support merchant onboarding, documentation, and system setup
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve merchant operational or technical issues
- Communicate clearly with Mandarin-speaking merchants to ensure service satisfaction
- Monitor merchant performance, transactions, and service quality
- Conduct merchant follow-ups, account maintenance, and service reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate merchant records
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
