Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Merchant Service Executive to manage and support merchant accounts, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain strong merchant relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day merchant enquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Support merchant onboarding, documentation, and system setup
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve merchant operational or technical issues
  • Communicate clearly with Mandarin-speaking merchants to ensure service satisfaction
  • Monitor merchant performance, transactions, and service quality
  • Conduct merchant follow-ups, account maintenance, and service reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate merchant records

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
