Merchandising Operations Lead - Cross-Functional Projects

Fever is seeking an Operations Lead to drive merchandising across a growing global retail footprint in Madrid. You will manage end-to-end merchandising operations, from planning and forecasting to logistics, inventory control and sales performance.
You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance and Onsite teams to align processes with business goals. The role requires a degree and a project-management background, with 3–4+ years in operations, analytics, or merchandising.
