Compensation Pay Range

$16.90 - $24.90 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet customers on sales floor, assist them in locating merchandise, or direct them to parts specialists.
• Check out customers purchasing front floor merchandise quickly and courteously.
• Handle merchandise returns promptly and efficiently.
• Assist customers in express lane or busy counter situations by completing tickets, processing payments, and handling checks and credit cards.
