An exciting opportunity for an experienced Merchandiser to join a fast‑moving merchandising team for a leading home textile company. We are looking for someone with experience in trend and forecast analysis within a retail or wholesale environment. Ability to interpret information & make decisions to maximise service levels and stock efficiency. You will be working with C&A and Lidl and will need to have experience working with these retailers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting required service levels for a given range
- Responsible for forecasting and sales analysis for a given range
- Analyse weekly/monthly/yearly sales to identify trends
- Manage stock to maximise availability, whilst reducing discontinued exposure
- Raise any supply/service issues in good time to management
- Collate and manage potential discontinued products
