Merchandise Planning Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a merchandise manager to join a luxury retail group in Malta. This role will see you manage the merchandising function translating commercial strategy into clear, executable plans that will drive profit and growth in the group.

The role:

• Managing sales, margins, and other targets/KPIs across the group
• Develop and analyse seasonal merchandise plans
• Own demand planning and forecasting models
• Work closely with buying and marketing teams to ensure commercial product assortment

The candidate:

• Previous experience within a senior merchandising function in the fashion and/or accessories industry
• Strong exposure to merchandising and ERP systems
• Proven track record in team management
• Highly analytical, with strong communication skills
