Merchandise Planning Manager

The Merchandise Planning Manager role offers the opportunity to drive inventory performance and profitability across retail and e-commerce channels for fashion and footwear categories. This role is responsible for developing merchandise plans, optimising inventory allocation, and supporting an integrated inventory strategy to ensure product availability, maximise sales, and strengthen the omnichannel customer experience.

• Develop and manage seasonal sales and inventory plans, including OTB, across retail and e-commerce channels to ensure consistent stock availability
• Build and maintain channel-specific demand forecasting models that reflect differing customer behaviours across physical and online platforms
