Merchandise Assistant – Global Buying & Operations

The Merchandise Assistant is the operational engine of our Global Buying Office. Working for a Fortune 100 Retailer, you will support our expert Merchants in managing the lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring that global fashion reaches our customers at the right time.

Responsabilidades

• PO Lifecycle Management: Create, monitor, and edit domestic and international Purchase Orders using advanced EDI/ASN systems.
• Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for international vendors, resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, and Late List issues.
• Sample Strategy: Maintain and organize the sample room, tracking pre-production samples and preparing professional itineraries for global merchant visits.
• Data & Analytics: Maintain high-level financial spreadsheets (Excel) to monitor selling data and inventory performance.
