The role
- QA/QC Manager, permanent, based in Hamina
- Full ownership of quality across a major data centre construction project
- Working directly with a leading General Contractor
- €100k+ package, negotiable depending on experience
What they need
- Proven QA/QC management experience on large‑scale construction – data centre or mission‑critical background strongly preferred
- Comfortable running quality systems across MEP and CSA packages
- Able to hold contractors to account on a fast‑moving, high‑spec build
- Fluent English essential
