MEP Project Manager
Thames Valley Park, Reading
£350-£400 per day (Outside IR35)
Long-Term Contract | September Start
The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing M&E contractor that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the South East.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £3.5 million CAT B commercial fit-out at Thames Valley, Reading.
The project comprises a CAT B fit-out across three floors delivered over three phases, providing an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative business with a strong pipeline of future work. Following successful delivery of this scheme, there will be opportunities to move onto specialist laboratory refurbishment and office-to-laboratory conversion projects across Oxfordshire.
