MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of building services projects within a live facilities management environment. This role will suit a technically strong, client-facing professional with a background in managing mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) installations, refurbishments, and upgrade works across commercial, corporate, or critical environments.

You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and commercially successful delivery of multiple minor to medium-sized projects — typically including plant replacements, system upgrades, energy efficiency works, and refurbishments — ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
