Role Overview
You'll be responsible for the full MEP function — from maintaining milking parlors and cooling systems to managing electrical distribution, generators, and water supply networks. This is a senior, on-site leadership role in a dynamic and growing agricultural operation.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical
- Operate and maintain milking parlors, pumps, compressors, motors & ventilation
- Maintain milk chillers, bulk tanks & cooling systems
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules & troubleshoot breakdowns
- Supervise feed handling and manure management systems
