The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for analyzing electromechanical and special installations for hotel construction projects, verifying compliance with project technical specifications, hospitality brand standards, and Mexican legislation norms, as well as elaborating, controlling reports, and monitoring contractor performance, recommending actions for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate construction drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work on site, comparing project requirements against Mexican standards, international codes, and hotel brand standards.
