Membership Sales Manager

The Role

As Membership Sales Manager, you own how HOM grows and keeps its membership. You are present at reception, the front line of the member experience, welcoming everyone who arrives and turning first visits into lasting commitments. You convert leads into new members and keep them, following up with focus and building the relationships that fill the studio and keep it full. Our members and prospects will know you by name. You work in close partnership with the founder, who leads the strategy, and alongside the Studio Manager, who runs the daily operation.
