Membership Growth & Retention Executive

Wellfit is expanding its UAE sales team in Dubai, seeking a results-driven Sales & Customer Experience lead to drive member growth and retention. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage leads, schedule consultations with coaches, and report on performance to the Sales Manager.

The role demands strong communication, data-driven decision making, and a passion for fitness and wellness. You'll work with a dynamic team across flagship gyms in Dubai and Sharjah, contributing to customer
