About The Role
As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll create a welcoming and memorable first impression. From assisting members with renewals to welcoming new members to the Panthers family, you'll deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
You'll coordinate day-to-day Membership operations, assist with enquiries and membership purchases, and provide knowledgeable advice on our products and services.
