MedTech Value & Pricing Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Value Creation Analyst located in Bogotá, Colombia. This role supports commercial value creation by partnering with Selling and Commercial teams to deliver pricing, analytics, and market insights that improve decision-making and profitability.

The ideal candidate will develop pricing strategies, analyze market dynamics, and support incentive programs while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy teams. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience in commercial analytics is required.
