MedTech Process Industrialization Engineer

MacAnders is seeking a hands-on Process Development Engineer to help industrialize and scale up medical device consumables. You will own process development, design transfer, and manufacturing optimisation with CMOs across territories.

The role is cross-functional, growing quickly, and provides real ownership over how production is built. Independent work with 30–40% international travel is expected to collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and external suppliers.
