**Position Description:**
Responsible for coordinating the transformation and enhancements of Offer & Contract Development Systems within Medtronic. Collaborate closely with IT, support teams and contract work streams to gather requirements and understand their needs around offer development, offer configuration, pricing, quoting, contract management, rebates, and predictive intelligence. Delivery of enhancements to Conga CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)/CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) including set up of products, pricing, approvals, and template maintenance. Ensure creation of documentation and standard operating procedures associated with Conga CPQ /CLM enhancements. Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) and Conga CPQ/ CLM to address business needs, provide solution design for new requirements, prioritize production enhancements, and approve bugs fixes reported from end users.
