Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and mechanical ventilation. Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required. Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or relevant regulatory body). Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation tools.
