Become a vital part of the Health Centre Pharmacy as a Medication Reimbursement Specialist with Waterloo Regional Health Network. This role focuses on assisting patients with reimbursement inquiries and medication access in a supportive environment.
The Medication Reimbursement Specialist collaborates with a multidisciplinary healthcare team within the Grand River Hospital network. Primarily, you will support oncology program patients by interpreting funding options and facilitating medication requests. You'll also work with various clinical programs, ensuring timely drug safety and patient experience metrics tracking.
