Medical Scientist Associate (MSL)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join Kite, a Gilead company, as a Medical Scientist Associate (MSL) within the Cell Therapy Medical Affairs team in Brazil. This field‑based role reports to the Brazil Medical Lead and is responsible for engaging with hematology/oncology thought leaders and healthcare professionals across academic and community settings, acting as a strategic scientific partner in the development and execution of local medical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and execute structured stakeholder engagement plans, including mapping and segmentation of national and regional opinion leaders.
• Establish long‑term, trust‑based scientific partnerships with key experts, treatment centers, professional societies, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
