The Onsite Medical Representative supports a safe and healthy workplace by providing first aid care, health guidance, and safety advocacy for associates in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role works closely with the Workplace Health & Safety team to manage on-site medical needs, coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, and promote injury prevention through education and proactive engagement. The position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for workplace health and wellness.
Responsibilities
+ Independently assess and administer first aid to associates for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
+ Refer associates to outside medical providers when care needs exceed on-site capabilities.
