Medical Receptionist

About the Role:

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist, the role will require you to rotate across our 4 clinics in Hobart; Hobart City, Women's Imaging, Rosny & Glenorchy.

This permanent part-time position will be rostered Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Successful candidates must be available every day during the week and must be comfortable with being rostered at any of our 4 clinics in the area

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for

• Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
• Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
• Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
• Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
