Primary Role

The Medical Laboratory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative, technical, clinical and operational functions of the clinical laboratory. This role includes supervision of personnel, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, equipment management and laboratory testing. The manager ensures efficient workflow, maintains high standards for patient care and laboratory testing, and promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
