MCS is partnering with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a dedicated, detail-oriented professional to join their Laboratories, Surgery and Specialist Services directorate as a Band 3 Medical Laboratory Assistant. Based within the Belfast Trust Laboratories, this is a vital role supporting the technical and practical delivery of a comprehensive laboratory service.
This isn't a role for someone who wants a standard 9-to-5 routine. This is for an adaptable laboratory professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to support critical clinical operations.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience: 1 year's relevant laboratory experience.
- Availability: Ability to fully cover a 24-hour service, including extended working days, overnights, weekends, and bank/public holidays as part of a conditioned 37.5-hour work week.
