Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing.
• Prepare and process samples, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
• Perform, interpret, and release results while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Identify incidents and non‑conformities, help develop corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new technology.
• Participate in problem‑solving related to work organization and workflow.
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
