This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career patent attorney who enjoys working directly with inventors on innovative mechanical technologies, particularly medical devices. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling sophisticated U.S. and international patent matters for companies developing next-generation engineering and life sciences technologies. Role & Responsibilities Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications. Collaborate directly with inventors, engineers, scientists, and in-house counsel. Develop strategic patent portfolios for innovative engineering and medical technology clients. Prepare responses to USPTO Office Actions and advise clients throughout the patent prosecution process.
