Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to support daily revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, claims follow-up, insurance verification, denial resolution, and collections. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What you'll do:
+ Submit and track insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
+ Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims with insurance carriers.
+ Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
+ Post payments and adjustments accurately within the billing system.
+ Research and resolve billing discrepancies and account issues.
