Litigation Accounts Receivable Specialist
Auto & Workers’ Compensation | Full-Time
Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a growing, patient-centered healthcare organization to hire an experienced Litigation Accounts Receivable Specialist . This role will manage medical accounts involving Auto No-Fault/PIP and Workers’ Compensation claims throughout the pre-litigation, active litigation, settlement, and post-settlement collection stages.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation accounts from pre-suit through settlement and payment collection.
Monitor legal deadlines and coordinate with attorneys regarding case status and lawsuit filing.
Provide attorneys with updated billing statements, HCFA-1500 forms, liens, and supporting documents.
Review settlement offers, post payments, and reconcile outstanding balances.
