Our successful _earn and learn_ Medical Assistant in Training Program will allow you to get a Medical Assistant Diploma from Career Steps, all while earning an hourly rate!! Get paid to learn, and a free degree! Then once you complete the program, start in a Full-Time position in one of our many Physician Offices!
All _eligible_ applicants will be contacted _via email_ about an _in-person_ Informational Session being held on Tuesday, August 4 th , 2026, at 4:30PM. Attending the Informational Session is a _required_ step in the process to be considered for the program. There will be one-on-one interviews held at a later date for those that are still interested after the session. _This position will be posted only until July 30th so don't wait to apply!_
