Summary
Education
Responsible for all clerical and clinical functions related to Parkview Employee Health Clinics (EHS) as assgined.
Greets patients in person and by telephone with care, courtesy and respect.
Communicates with patients via phone and electronic correspondence and reports compliance/immunization/injury concerns to EHS Nurse in office or on-call nurse.
Responsible for assisting with daily clinical and clerical operations.
Works in collaboration with the employee health team to provide quality care to coworkers and support compliance requirements and records through consistent documentation and communication.
Licensure/Certification
Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent with GED. Must have education as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, emergency medical technician, nursing or have equivalent work experience. Associate Degree in Applied Science i...
