Responsibilities

• Responsible for Ad creation & modification on Google Ads Platforms, collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Engage in consultative interactions with Account Managers, Advertisers, Creative Agencies, Publishers, Post Production Developers, Quality Assurance Specialists, and Live Issue Support Specialists.
• Provide excellent customer service through chat, email, and occasional voice communication, resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately implement client requirements with strict quality adherence.
• Handle queries and troubleshooting within the defined Service Level Agreement.
