Job Description
Provide exceptional nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Med Surg. Focus on delivering compassionate support for patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
In this role, you will operate under the general supervision of the Program Lead, assisting patients with comprehensive care. Duties include implementing care plans, conducting assessments, and advocating for patient needs. You will actively participate in care conferences and support the orientation of new colleagues while documenting nursing interventions as per the standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical settings
• Assess and document patient conditions
