To provide tooling reviews, maintenance, upkeeping in all manufacturing areas. To generate and maintain tooling KPIs and database

Main Responsibilities:

• Always ensure good tooling condition in all manufacturing areas.
• Provide Mechanical support to submerged manufacturing departments
• Assist in scheduling maintenance and calibration activities
• Attend manufacturing tooling breakdowns, issues
• Estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales and communicate to end users
• Record keeping for tooling database and other maintenance activities
• Identify breakdown root causes of tooling faults
