Mechanical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Able to plan and coordinate the schedule for preventive maintenance work, service and repair programs
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving the problem during equipment breakdown and minimize equipment downtime
• Execute equipment audits, record and reporting
• Assist to establish maintenance procedures and maintenance plan
• Direct, manage and supervise tasks executed by contractors
• Involve in plant improvement projects with technical and production department
• To maintain safety of all operational machines by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• To complete task or assignment requested by superior
• To conduct training to new technician
• To provide training to Production Personnel on machine cleanliness and routine maintenance
