As a Mechanical Senior Engineer in our Regional Value Engineering team, you will develop, lead, and participate in regional and enterprise-wide engineering initiatives to enhance product capability and cost performance for global-Watlow. Located at our Manufacturing Operations in Kedah, Malaysia , you will report directly to the Engineering Manager, Malaysia, and play a key role within the cross-functional Value Added (VA)/Value Engineering (VE) team. Your focus will be on identifying, evaluating, and implementing cost-effective mechanical component and system improvements without compromising safety, performance, or compliance. You will collaborate with design, sourcing, quality, and compliance teams to lead mechanical domain activities in all phases of VA/VE .
