Hays Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading FM contractor to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a large, operational hospital site.
This is a shift-based role working a 4 on / 4 off pattern, consisting of 12-hour shifts alternating between days and nights. The position is mechanically biased but requires flexibility to support other trades as part of a multi-skilled estates team.

The Role
Working within a critical healthcare environment, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and reliability of mechanical building services, ensuring hospital operations remain safe,pliant, and fully functional at all times.
