Job Description

Tasks
 Monitoring the preventive maintenance program and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
 Planning, organizing, and adjusting the work of 18 mechanics based on operational priorities.
 Supervising, guiding, and assigning tasks to the team to optimize department performance.
 Tracking work progress and ensuring the quality of completed repairs.
 Performing final inspections of vehicles before returning them to service.
 Managing daily priorities and responding to mechanical emergencies.
 Overseeing parts, inventory, and work orders.
 Coaching, training, and supporting mechanics in their development.
 Collaborating with internal teams (dispatch, operations, human resources).
 Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
 Performing any other related duties.
