• Operate building systems, BAS and FMS to provide specified and reliable environmental conditions and utilities to production, packaging, laboratory, warehouse and office areas.
• Document system conditions as assigned, monitor system performance, and address alarms or issues promptly.
• Monitor FMS/BAS system for proper operation of equipment/systems and respond to all GMP and business‑critical alarms within the required time frame.
