Mechanical Engineering Associate

Successful candidates must be living in or near Hamilton, Ancaster, Dundas, Burlington, Oakville, or Brantford , due to the full‑time in‑office requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform geothermal system analyses to support the sales and engineering processes.
• Develop concept‑level geothermal drawings to communicate design intent and space requirements.
• Participate in proposal, design, and client meetings with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Enhance Excel‑based engineering models used for system sizing and analysis.
• Prepare as‑built drawings, RFIs, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and other industry standard tools.
• Coordinate with external designers to support geothermal system integration.
• Review mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural drawings for proper system coordination.
