Oversee the maintenance , repair and optimization of production equipment and machinery.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Diagnose ands resolve mechanical issues efficiently
Recommend equipment and process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and engineering standards
Collaborate with the production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
