About the role
As a member of the R&D team, this role is responsible for the development and design of heating systems, covering the full lifecycle from concept development to series production. The role works closely with global teams and suppliers to ensure solutions meet time, cost and quality targets, while complying with company standards and regulations.
作为研发团队成员，本岗位负责加热系统的开发与设计工作，覆盖从概念开发到批量生产导入的完整生命周期，并与全球团队及供应商紧密合作，在确保符合公司标准与规范的前提下，实现时间、成本与质量目标。
