Job Description Job Description Work closely with the Quality Manager/Engineer, shop foreman, production, and inspection teams playing a crucial role in providing support to manufacturing processes while addressing issues related to production, quality, and efficiency. Primary responsibilities also include the initial design of parts per customer requirements and working with customers to optimize their designs for efficiency and performance. POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Apply general knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to the design and production of custom precision parts serving the medical, automotive, food/beverage packaging, electronics, and aerospace industries. * Communicate with customers regarding design and production concerns.
