Role: Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor 
Hours: 40 hrs/week 
Location: Templecombe

Role Responsibilities:
Continual management of PPM and reactive tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in line with the agreed SLA and KPIs

Support the FM to improve and enhance stakeholder relationships

PDA training, development and auditing with on site team

Support the FM to improve and enhance stakeholder relationships

Lead on developing, supporting and mentoring engineers to maximise their potential
