Primary Responsibilities:
Design Ownership, Release & Change Management
Create and modify complex parts, drawings, and assembly layouts per corporate standards and procedures; identify and resolve errors before release.Own assigned scope from concept through production release, including change notice activities, BOM verification and release documentation.Support development builds and production troubleshooting by identifying and resolving design issues.Translate requirements into accurate, manufacturable 3D CAD models and drawings.Understand how designs translate into ERP structure, demand planning, and manufacturing orders; diagnose errors in design‑adjacent information (e.g., incorrect cost roll‑ups) and identify root causes.
