Mechanical Design Engineer, Semiconductor Tooling Systems

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in semiconductor tooling design to join our team in Ubi, Singapore. The role involves designing and developing semiconductor tools, creating detailed mechanical systems, and collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in CAD Software is essential, and experience with High-Speed Pick and Place Systems is a significant advantage.
